Our experience at the service of restaurants
The experience gained in commercial catering — through establishments such as Ristorante Alessio, Massenzio ai Fori, Bottega Tredici, Ristorante Tribuna Campitelli, and Bar Tartarughe — has taught us the value of daily presence, direct relationships with people and all stakeholders involved, and the responsibility that comes from working every day under the scrutiny and judgment of those who choose us.
Founded in Lazio, we now also operate in Veneto, where we have a local branch, bringing the same approach based on listening, close collaboration, and responsibility to every environment in which we work.
Catering, with method and responsibility
This same service culture has always guided our work in collective catering as well. We combine attention to taste and the quality of raw materials with a structured and conscious approach, supported by nutritionists and dietitians, to design dietary programs that bring together wellbeing, balance, and care for people’s health.
